Installation

Follow these steps to install Hai Support on your WordPress site:

Download the Hai Support plugin ZIP file
Log in to your WordPress admin panel
Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
Choose the downloaded ZIP file and click "Install Now"
After installation, click "Activate Plugin"

Requirements

WordPress 5.0+
Your WordPress installation must be version 5.0 or higher.
PHP 7.4+
PHP version 7.4 or higher is required for optimal performance.
OpenAI API Key
An active OpenAI API key is required for the AI chat functionality.
SSL Certificate
An SSL certificate is recommended for secure communication.
